We are a mid sized but multi faceted gym, where customers can have the flexibility of individual sessions or classes and package deals with our personal trainers. Our professionals will train you individually as well as lead their own speciality classes. We have 3 studios for High Impact, Cycling and Yoga. Hi intensity interval training, HbX, Matrix, Intrinity and Boxercise are only some of what is on offer. We have the unique ability to bring in local and international celebrity trainers and classes.
International guest trainers like Jessica Olie and Lisa M will provide constant excitement. Our Cycling Studio will include Rock Star Cycling. Stages, Stages Pro & Watt bikes. Our Juice Bar will round off your health and fitness experience in the right way.
